• Since you are not actually "seeing and feeling" the item while placing the order it is perfectly possible the item you receive looks somewhat different in reality. Please read the complete description carefully before placing your order. Some of our items are "one of a kind" and are not returnable, and will be marked as such in the description of the item. We will post the picture of our items that require it.
   
• Please understand that colors may vary from the image viewed due to different light & monitor settings. For this reason, we do not guarantee colors, or shades of colors!
   
• All measurements are approximate and given in inches.
   
•  In order to guarantee your satisfaction on your purchase we have taken several measures. If you are not happy, you may exchange for an available like product, or receive credit for your purchase within 10 days of receiving it, unless marked non-returnable. Vitamin Products are not returnable.
   
• Shipping charges are not refundable and there will be a 15% charge for re-stocking the returned item.  
   
• In order to help us better serve you we need for you to obtain a prior authorization for credit and/or replacement!  To obtain authorization to return an item for credit or replacement, simply e-mail us within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Please tell us the exact reason you need to return the merchandise. We will not accept a merchandise return, without a return authorization.
   
• In the email, please include if this is for an exchange for a like item, or a credit, and the reason for the return. Office hours are 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday thru Thursday, excluding Holidays. Any e-mails or Fax  received on the weekend and holidays will be answered the next business day. 

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including the return shipping charges.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Terms and Conditions for a Credit or Replacement

• Returned merchandise must be Non-defective and in the same condition received.
   

• Returned merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, unused, as originally shipped.
   

• Broken quantity inner packs, and used parts, are not returnable.
   

• Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings, scratches or be otherwise defaced, used, or damaged.
   

• Buyer must request a return authorization on unused merchandise within 10 days of receiving the item. Acceptance of the returned merchandise will be at our sole desecration.
